Política de cancelación

Subscriptions (Select Items Only) A limited number of products (such as coffee-themed merchandise) are available as recurring subscriptions. When you subscribe:

  • You’ll be charged automatically based on the frequency you select (e.g., monthly).
  • You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time with no fees.
  • To manage your subscription (cancel, skip, change frequency, update your payment, etc.), log in to your customer account on our site or use the link in your order confirmation/subscription emails.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you’ll still receive any already-charged shipments.
  • Refunds for subscription orders are subject to our standard Refund Policy (all sales final except for damage/defects).

One-Time Purchases & Standard Orders All non-subscription orders are considered final at the time of purchase.

  • Our in-house 3D printed items are custom produced specifically for your order immediately after payment.
  • Printify merchandise enters production shortly after the order is received.

Due to the made-to-order nature of these products, we do not accept cancellations, changes, or refunds for change of mind once an order is placed. Please review your order details carefully before checkout.

If you contact us immediately after placing a one-time order (within 30 minutes) and it has not yet entered production, we may be able to cancel it at our discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued minus any non-refundable payment processing fees (typically 2–3%).
