All Sales Are Final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or any non-defective reason.
- Our in-house 3D printed items are custom-made-to-order specifically for you.
- Merchandise (apparel, mugs, etc.) is produced on demand by our print partner. Please review your order details, sizes, and product descriptions carefully before checkout.
Damaged or Defective Items If an item arrives damaged or has a production defect:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@moikas.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging.
- For 3D printed items: We will offer a free replacement at our discretion (we cover shipping).
- For Printify merchandise: We will coordinate with our print partner for a free reprint/replacement if it qualifies as a production error. Claims made after 3 days or without photos may not be honored.
Non-Refundable Fees Original shipping charges are never refunded. Any re-shipping costs for replacements are covered only in verified damage/defect cases.
Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages
- Once tracking shows “delivered,” we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Please check with neighbors, your mailbox, or local post office first.
- For undeliverable/returned packages due to incorrect address: We will refund the item subtotal only upon return to us (shipping non-refundable). Re-shipping requires new payment.
- Packages with no tracking updates for 14+ days: Contact us and we’ll investigate case-by-case.
Custom 3D Printing Service Terms
Please note that our Custom 3D Printing Service is subject to the following specialized refund and cancellation terms:
Non-Refundable Discovery Fee The $10.00 Technical Discovery & Setup Fee is non-refundable. This fee covers the manual technical labor involved in file integrity checks, orientation optimization, and custom slicer calibration. Once this work has been performed, the fee is considered earned, regardless of whether the final print proceeds.
Custom Manufactured Goods As per our general policy regarding personalized items, physical 3D prints are custom-manufactured to your specific digital files and cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.
Cancellation Window

Before Production: If you cancel your order after paying the material and shipping quote but before the printing process has started, you are eligible for a refund of the material and shipping costs only.

During/After Production: Once the printing process has commenced on our machines, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted.
Quality Guarantee & Damages If your item arrives damaged or suffers from a significant manufacturing defect (such as a structural layer failure), please contact us at contact@moikaslookout.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the defect and, at our discretion, offer a one-time replacement print or a partial store credit.
