SHIPPING

Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time of payment confirmation.

For domestic orders, delivery can take 3-21 business days from when it leaves our facility.

For international orders, delivery can take 7-21 days, depending on your local customs, though some may take up to 4 weeks from when they leave our facility.

International orders over $20 in value are subject to added charges by customs, including but not limited to sales and import tax, duties, and any other associated customs clearing charges.

We do our best with the tools available to avoid any extra charges. Yet, each country has different import processes, and ultimately, the designated customs office will have the final say.

Currently, the shipping cost at checkout does not include potential duties or import taxes, so please consider this when considering your local import regulations. 

*Any items added to a pre-sale order will be shipped out with the order IN FULL when ALL pre-sale items are ready to ship. Most pre-sale items ship 12-16 weeks after the purchase window closes.

Most orders include a tracking number, while some smaller orders do not. To keep your shipping and handling costs as low as possible, we may forgo the option of a tracking number, as it can sometimes more than double the shipping cost. We use USPS for all orders under 2 lbs.

*We are currently not accepting orders from North Korea, Russia, Ukraine, or India due to shipping constraints

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your order all the way home! Please allow at least 48 hours for the carrier to scan your package into their system. Please note that Free Sample Packs only receive tracking if they were paid for with an additional fee.
If you attempt to track your package within the first 48 hours of it leaving our warehouse and there is no information available, the carrier still needs to process it. Tracking events will populate on the tracking page when the package is scanned into their system.
Generally, domestic orders are delivered within 13-21 business days, depending on the service you choose at checkout.
Because the USPS estimates delivery dates, transit times vary from one class of mail to another and cannot be guaranteed by us or the USPS.
International orders can take anywhere from 7-21 business days (depending on the destination) to arrive once confirmed in transit by our international shipping carrier.
Note: Transit times do not include the time to prepare your order before shipment!

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked "unclaimed" or "return to sender," or has been deemed undeliverable for any reason by the final mile carrier, we will notify you by email. Once the package is delivered back to us, our returns team will process it and refund the subtotal of your order.
A refund will be issued once the parcel arrives at our facility.
Note: Once we have processed a refund, it can take your bank anywhere from 2-8 business days to process the refund on their end and issue it back to your account.
Ensure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.
If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if that package gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
During a "free worldwide shipping" sale, orders returned to us due to an incomplete or unknown address OR packages that are refused/returned to sender will be refunded LESS what the shipping and handling charges would have been without the promotion.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We charge you in US Dollars. Once your local bank has processed the payment, they convert the charge into your currency. At the top of our page is a currency converter; try that out!
We do not calculate or collect taxes/duties at the time of payment. The purchaser must check and abide by the country's local regulations and policies. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the Customs Department in the receiving country permits the contents of your order to enter your country and if duties/tariffs are collected upon delivery. We will not provide a refund on the package's shipping if you refuse it or customs refuse it due to regulations, taxes, or duties. If customs seize the package for any reason and do not return it, we cannot issue a refund.
Note: As a customer, you are responsible for paying any applicable taxes or duties that may apply.
Moikas offers tracking and final delivery to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates.
We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery in countries where parcel tracking services are unavailable.
