United States Shipping Only. We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses. International orders are not accepted.
Order Fulfillment Types We offer two types of products with different production and shipping processes:
1. Custom 3D Printed Products (In-House Fulfillment) These items are handmade to order using our 3D printers. There is no pre-made stock.
- Processing Time: Typically 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). May extend to 7 business days during high volume — we’ll notify you of any delays.
- Shipping: Shipped by us via USPS. Delivery usually takes 3–10 business days after shipping.
- Most orders include tracking; small/light orders may ship without tracking to keep costs low.
2. Merchandise (Apparel, Accessories, etc. – Printify Fulfillment) These items are produced on demand by our trusted print provider partner (Printify) and shipped directly from their facilities.
- Production Time: Typically 2–7 business days after order confirmation.
- Shipping: Handled by Printify’s carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.). Delivery within the US usually takes 4–10 business days after production. Total time from order to delivery: 7–15 business days on average.
- Tracking is always provided via shipping confirmation email.
General Shipping Information
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking (when applicable) for each fulfillment type.
- Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed (dependent on USPS/Printify carriers).
- We are not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, weather, or holidays.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses: Please double-check your address at checkout. We (and Printify) are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect/incomplete addresses. If a package is returned as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed:
- We will notify you by email.
- Upon return, we will refund the item subtotal only (shipping fees are non-refundable).
- Re-shipping requires payment of new shipping costs.
Lost or Delayed Packages Once tracking shows “delivered,” we are not liable for theft or misdelivery (check with neighbors/post office first). For packages without updates for 14+ days, contact us—we’ll investigate on a case-by-case basis (with Printify, if applicable).
No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer’s remorse. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue and packaging.
- For 3D printed items: We’ll offer a free replacement at our discretion (we cover shipping).
- For Printify merchandise, we’ll coordinate with Printify for a free reprint or a resolution if it’s a production error.
